What we collect
When you register your child, we ask for:
- Your child's name and date of birth
- The class session you choose
- Parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, and home address
- Allergies or medical notes you choose to share
- An emergency contact name and phone number
- Your electronic signature on the registration packet, plus your printed name and the date
Why we collect it
Only to enroll your child and keep them safe while in our care — for example, reaching you in an emergency or knowing about an allergy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, ever.
Who sees it
Only Apple Academy Preschool (Katie Stewart). Registration details are sent directly to the preschool by email. The website itself does not store your information — there is no database of family records sitting on the site.
Payments
The registration fee can be paid online through Stripe ($46.65 = $45 registration + $1.65 processing fee) or by Venmo, cash, or check ($45). Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and processed by Stripe — they never touch our website, and we never see or store your card number.
Children's privacy
Our classes serve children ages 3–5, and registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect children's information only as part of a parent-submitted enrollment, only for enrollment and safety purposes, and we never use it for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your family's information. Just email appleacademypreschool@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
